– Maps to hand out for local restaurants, the cruise, and the
route to the Sunday’s autocross
– Registration forms and or release forms for the event in general
with some type of sticker for the cars that will be showing or
cruising
– certificates for those that participate
– raffle tickets if we do a raffle.
– Advertise the event in Z forums and on our own web site
– Car show co-ordinator
– Registration volunteers

Meeting starts at 7:30 PM. You should arrive earlier, around 6:30 -
7:00 if you plan to order and eat before the meeting.
